Network Registration Notice

You have reached this page because your ResNet connection is not registered. You are required to register your connection before continuing to use the internet. It is a simple process. To start the process, simply click on the register link below.
  • You will need your UWW Net-ID and password to register.
    • Your UWW Net-ID is the first 8 letters of your last name, then the first letter of your first name, then the first letter of your middle name, followed by your day of birth.

        Example #1: My name is John Adam MacDonald and I was born on June 10, 1976. My UWW Net-ID would be macdonalja10

        Example #2: My name is Tiffany Amber White and I was born on December 1, 1982. My UWW Net-ID would be whiteta01

    • Your password will be what you set it as when using http://password.uww.edu. This is the same password you use when logging into the WINS system to register for classes and for access to e-mail.


  • You must be actually using the computer you are registering. If you are using your own computer to register a friend's, it will tell you that your computer is already registered
  • If you are helping someone else register their computer you need to use their UWW Net-ID and password. Do not use yours.
  • Please note that if you change computers or swap ethernet cards, you will need to re-register.
